Hello, thanks for choosing to book with me! All services are roughly estimated so there is a high possibility that there will be a sitting wait time! If necessary, please avoid getting services done on same day of special events such as birthday parties, vacations funerals, flights, prom, homecoming, etc if you will be pressed for time. (Weddings are excluded) However, all make up services done the same day as your event should be scheduled at least 4 to 5 hours before starting time of your event to assure you will be done in time. Please be patient as your stylist will be working promptly to service you at the appointed time scheduled.
•DISCLAIMER- Make sure to select all "add on" services when booking your initial appointment. Extra services will not be allowed once you arrive to the salon due to time scheduling. If the site doesn’t allow you to add on a service, this means there is no more time available for that day to add on extra services. There will be extra fees for hair that is extra long, thick, and untamed. Prices will be determined at time of appointment.
(IF YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME FOR THE SERVICE OF FAUX LOCS I RECOMMEND YOU LET ME TAKE ME THEM DOWN FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE SO THAT YOU WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR HAIR, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE, IF HOWEVER YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE THEM DOWN YOURSELF I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE SELF INFLECTED DAMAGE THAT YOU MAY CAUSE TO YOUR HAIR!!!!!)

Rescheduling/cancellation policies
If you need to reschedule/cancel, you have UP UNTIL 24 HOURS before your appmnt time to do so. Failure to cancel before 24 hours will result in a $25 fee added to your next appointment. Please reschedule/cancel your appmnt through the email you received after booking the initial appointment. No call, no shows will not be allowed to book again.
